In 2009 Pre-foreclosure/Short Sale properties have been 50% of her businesss.  Once she lists the properties, gets them under contract  she then negotiates with the banks to bring it to close.  Of her 64 transactions YTD total debt forgiven by banks  currently is over $2 Million.
